Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Clients are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth check-in process. A 15-minute grace period will be honored after the scheduled appointment time. If the grace period elapses without client arrival, the appointment will be forfeited to accommodate other scheduled services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation policies
To better serve all our clients, we kindly ask for cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 5% fee will be charged based on the remaining balance of the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Payment policies
To secure an appointment, 20% of the service fee will be charged at the time of scheduling. In the event of a no-show, the client will be responsible for the full price of the service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and be required to pay the full service fee.
